The Digital CX Brand Specialist serves as a key player on the social media “brand love” dream team, embracing the brand, voice, and tone on behalf of our client partners to create the ultimate customer experience (CX).

  • Provide feedback to optimize internal processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social community management.
  • Understanding of digital channels and social media networks.
  • Experience with social media management tools preferred.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
