Product Manager - Remote

Overview

ClearGov is a rapidly growing, venture-funded SaaS company that creates easy-to-use software to help local governments plan, budget, and report better. We are looking for a Product Manager (PM) with a passion for learning, a kind heart, a positive attitude, and a great sense of humor to join our growing team.

In Short

• Act as a liaison between the development team and ClearGov customers/users.
• Gather and develop user stories to create detailed product requirement specifications.
• Manage the execution of product development through the Agile Development process lifecycle.
• Provide cross-functional support, including resolving Client Success issues and enabling product Training programs.
• Be a data-driven, growth-oriented contributor and a creative thinker.
• Fluent in Atlassian project management tools.
• Manage projects from ideation to launch.
• Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints.
• Monitor and evaluate product progress and resolve bottleneck issues.
• Contribute to defining the vision for assigned products.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management/development or related experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
• Proven success in managing complex SaaS product development.
• Superb organizational and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of product development architecture.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian product management suite.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong interest in the local-government space.
• A roll-up-your-sleeves, GSD approach to the day-to-day.
