Probate, Real Estate and Commercial Litigation Paralegal - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys practicing in probate and estate administration, real estate litigation, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy litigation. This role is integral to the firm’s litigation teams and requires a high level of organization, judgment, and attention to detail. The Paralegal will work collaboratively with attorneys and staff across office locations and provide support on multiple matters simultaneously throughout all stages of litigation.

• Assist with all phases of probate and estate administration
• Prepare, file, and serve probate pleadings
• Communicate with personal representatives and court personnel
• Support attorneys through all stages of litigation
• Draft and assist with pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Manage discovery and assist with document-intensive matters
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and court appearances
• Support multiple attorneys across practice areas
• Maintain organized case management records

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience in probate and/or litigation
• Working knowledge of civil procedure and probate rules
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with case management or e-discovery platforms preferred
• Reliable internet connection and professional workspace required
• Ability to manage deadlines independently
