Overview

The Director of FP&A will lead the planning, forecasting, and analytical efforts that drive financial and strategic decision-making across the organization, collaborating closely with the executive team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• 8–12 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with capital raises or IPO readiness.
• Familiarity with fintech metrics like LTV/CAC.
