Sales and Implementation Director - Remote

Overview

Clarity Squared Wellness (“Clarity”) is an exciting med tech and clinical services startup that provides preventive health, wellness and mental health services for Medicare-eligible seniors nationwide. Clarity is currently servicing a large initial contract in the Northern California area and is in need of a Sales and Implementation Manager. This job may lead to a fast advancement within the Company and a significant equity position. You must be excited and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

In Short

• Position involves sales and implementation of health services for seniors.
• Candidate must reside in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.
• Experience with seniors (55+) in healthcare is required.
• Job requires considerable travel between facilities in Northern California.
• Occasional overnight travel is expected.
• Conduct presentations to community administrators and groups of seniors.
• Success measured by enrollment of facility residents into wellness programs.
• Compensation includes base salary, performance bonuses, and equity.
• Ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and writing skills.
• Must have a passion for working with the senior population.

Requirements

• Experience in sales and implementation roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to relate to and communicate with seniors.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Proven track record in healthcare or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
