Overview

Clarity Clinic is seeking passionate Clinical Therapists to provide innovative and compassionate mental health care, ensuring clinicians have the support necessary to focus on client wellness.

In Short

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to various populations.
• Manage a caseload of 12-24+ attended client sessions per week.
• Complete documentation timely.
• Oversee assessments, evaluations, and treatment plans.
• Participate in organizational trainings and professional development.
• Promote Clarity Clinic’s mission and adhere to policies.

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) or license eligible.
• Licensed to practice in Illinois.
• Master’s in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
• 1-2 years of clinical experience or PsyD with 1+ years experience.
