Overview

Clarity Clinic is seeking passionate Clinical Therapists to provide innovative and compassionate mental health care, ensuring accessible and seamless treatment for patients.

In Short

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations.
• Manage a caseload of 12-24+ clients per week (Part Time/ Full Time optional).
• Ensure timely completion of documentation.
• Oversee assessments, evaluations, and treatment plans.
• Participate in organizational trainings and professional development.
• Promote Clarity Clinic’s mission and adhere to policies.

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) or license eligible.
• Must be licensed to practice in Illinois.
• Master’s in psychology, social work, counseling or related field required.
• 1-2 years prior experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Experience with various treatment modalities is beneficial.
