• Lead cross-functional “big bet” programs spanning Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success.
• Own quarterly roadmap planning and coordinate execution across multiple teams.
• Work directly with executive leadership providing regular detailed reporting on program health.
• Manage customer delivery accountability including escalation resolution and go-live support.
• Build and maintain sprint plans across multiple teams and business units.
• Establish metrics and accountability systems that drive execution velocity.
• Maintain cross-functional resource view to optimize allocation and identify bottlenecks.
• Create a culture of execution through process standardization and clear escalation paths.
• Drive process improvements that streamline team coordination.

Requirements

• 6+ years leading large-scale technical programs.
• 4+ years working directly with executive leadership.
• 4+ years managing customer delivery accountability.
• 3+ years building and maintaining resource planning.
• 3+ years establishing program metrics and accountability systems.
• Expert-level program coordination skills.
• Strong technical awareness of AI/ML development cycles.
• Production experience with program management tools.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to create and implement process improvements.
