Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of backend development experience
• Proficient in at least one language (Go, Rust, Python, TypeScript, Java, C#)
• Strong system design, data structures, and networking knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to ship real-world projects (OSS, side projects, or production systems)
• Comfortable working independently and communicating asynchronously
• Curious mindset and passion for continuous learning
