Overview

We're looking for a Tech Lead, AI who will build and lead the technical team creating our new suite of AI-powered products for mission-driven organizations around the world.

Requirements

• 3-5 years managing engineering teams.
• Experience building or scaling teams in high-growth environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Technical credibility in architecture and feasibility discussions.
• Proven ability to deliver complex software projects.
• Experience navigating ambiguity in product development.
• Strong judgment about decision-making pace.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Work authorization in the US.
