Project Manager (Temporary) - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager I is responsible for the management and oversight of the customer project, coordinating efforts between the customer and applicable CivicPlus departments, ensuring successful project delivery within specified timelines and budgets.

• Communicates relevant project information effectively to team members and customers.
• Identifies, assesses, and manages project risks and change control procedures.

• Identifies business development and sales opportunities related to projects.
• Manages small to medium sized product-specific contracts.
• Understands contracts and SOWs and communicates their meaning effectively.

Requirements

• Strong experience with productivity and project management tools.
• Experience working cross-functionally to solve problems.
• High quality execution of processes.
• Understanding of local government entities and practices.
• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
