Overview

A mission-driven Product Manager to lead platform and shared services for SaaS solutions serving local government clients, combining responsibilities of Product Owner and Product Manager.

• Own the full product lifecycle from strategy through delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or comparable experience.
• 4-5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally with SaaS products.
• Proven success owning a product roadmap.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Strong customer focus and experience with product usage data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution details.
• Technical fluency with APIs and product architecture.
• Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
