Information Systems Support Officer - Remote

Overview

This role, like all others in the group, must prioritise “making every guest a returning and referring guest”. Provides IT support to all business units and hotels and provides all internal users with a consistent level of service.

• Provide IT support to various business units and hotels.

• Maintain software and hardware for operational efficiency.
• Respond to user queries and provide incident management.
• Keep devices up to date with the latest patches.
• Assist with deployment of new systems.

Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification.
• A+ and N+ certifications.
• MCSA: Windows 10 and above.
• Minimum 1 year experience in desktop support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Powershell.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud and network support.
• ITIL Foundations v4 certification is advantageous.
• Experience in hospitality IT support is advantageous.
• Ability to handle money and undergo fraud checks.
