• Establish and maintain Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) strategies.
• Manage the Authorization to Operate (ATO) lifecycle.
• Coordinate annual Third-Party Assessment Organization (3PAO) audits.
• Provide guidance on cloud security architecture.
• Oversee Change Control Board (CCB) processes.
• Maintain System Security Plans (SSP) and security authorization packages.
• Serve as the primary security point-of-contact for incident response.
• Conduct security audits and access management.
• Implement risk-based security impact analyses.
• Ensure compliance with federal security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• Must hold a DoD 8140/8570 IAM Level II Baseline Certification.
• U.S. Citizenship and residency required.
• Expert knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and FedRAMP.
• Experience managing 3PAO audits.
• Advanced technical familiarity with cloud security tools.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in cyber architecture reviews.
• Proficiency in programming languages for security automation is a plus.
• Active U.S. Government clearance eligibility is a bonus.
