Information Security Systems Officer - Remote

Overview

Weston Solutions, Inc. is looking for an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to assist in developing and maintaining security documentation and ensure compliance with security policies.

In Short

• Assist with developing and maintaining Security Plans and Risk Assessment Reports.
• Execute RMF processes and Continuous Monitoring of security controls.
• Manage hardware/software inventories and sanitization of equipment.
• Participate in change control and incident response meetings.
• Write standard operating procedures and security policies.
• Collaborate with IT staff to ensure adherence to security policies.
• Conduct audits for information systems and networks.
• Provide cybersecurity education and training for system users.
• Report security-related incidents and changes affecting authorization.
• Perform additional security duties as required.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen.
• Active DOD Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 Operating Systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of Group Policy management.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and organization skills.
