Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support the Data Management team by creating internal reports and building team-level metrics dashboards. This role will focus on developing and maintaining reports that track productivity and data quality, while working closely with the data technicians to inform people about changes needed to prepare our data for use across the business.

• Design and develop internal reports to monitor the performance of the data management team.
• Build and maintain real-time metrics dashboards using BI tools.

• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting.

• Review data quality metrics regularly.
• Maintain documentation related to reporting processes.
• Recommend improvements to reporting processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data reporting and analytics.
• Experience with SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with data governance practices.
• Knowledge of ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Alteryx).
• Experience with cloud-based data storage (e.g., AWS).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
