Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join the Data Engineering team, providing data analysis support to Global Operations.

In Short

• Contract opportunity in Washington, DC
• Focus on resolving privacy tasks and managing on-call tasks
• Track DDT tasks and create bug intake forms
• Deprecate stale tables and ensure timely availability of data
• Maintain and build documentation for data assets
• Modify existing databases and direct changes
• Test programs or databases and correct errors
• 2+ years of experience in ETL and database management
• Strong SQL skills required
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI

Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Meta's data infrastructure is a plus
• Experience with data governance best practices is desirable
• Knowledge of Python and cloud-based platforms is a plus
