• Collect, analyze, and interpret talent and culture data to generate actionable insights.
• Maintain and update the HRIS.
• Ensure a solid ETL process for People data, ensuring data quality at each stage.
• Design and maintain dashboards of key indicators.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative People data.
• Automate report generation and data collection flows.
• Support the measurement of the impact of initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and C-Level in data integration and distribution.
