Overview

We are seeking a Senior Management Analyst to conduct organizational studies, design systems and procedures, and implement work simplification strategies to streamline processes.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis proficiency.
• Understanding of business analysis and operational efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management methodologies preferred.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must have an active Public Trust or ability to obtain one.
