Overview

The Senior Business Analyst role is part of the Reference Data Management group in ISG Data Solutions, responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to enhance business performance through data-driven insights.

In Short

• Work on the Global Corporate Action Event Repository platform.
• Process Vendor Data Feeds and Internal Client Data.
• Analyze and research data for business insights.
• Develop web interfaces and APIs.
• Create business and functional requirements documentation.
• Collaborate with IT and Operations partners.
• Define EPICs and User Stories based on client needs.
• Conduct validation and testing with Dev/QA teams.
• Focus on high-quality work under pressure.
• Utilize strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in writing functional and technical specifications.
• Understanding of data vendor hierarchy.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and quick to learn new tasks.
