Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager provides operational/service leadership and direction to team(s), applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge to contribute to the development of new techniques and models within their area of expertise.

• Responsible for daily execution of significant projects.
• Full ownership for processes, reports, and procedures.
• Ensures creation of project plans and stakeholder management plans.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Project Management.
• Contact Center Operations experience preferred.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with control frameworks and policies.
• Ability to engage and motivate diverse colleagues.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
