Overview

The Lead Full Stack Java Developer is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team, focusing on modernizing the OMC technology platform and enhancing the client onboarding experience.

• Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
• Design and develop scalable software solutions using Java, Kotlin, and Spring.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Application Development.
• Hands-on experience in Java, Spring, and RESTful APIs.
• Good knowledge of relational databases and document storage solutions.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
• Exposure to Kotlin is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
