Overview

The Finance Controls Testing Utility Team is responsible for the testing of controls designed and owned by Citi’s Finance division, situated within the Global Functions Control Testing Utility.

• Responsible for end-to-end controls testing of Finance Controls.
• Subject matter expert in finance controls and internal controls.
• Accountable for controls assessment and testing execution.
• Requires strong communication skills to influence and collaborate.
• Experience in Risk & Controls roles preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
• Work effectively with team members across different geographies.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Hybrid working model with up to 2 days working from home.

Requirements

• Experience in finance function at a Global Bank or Financial institution.
• Understanding of Financial Products and Services.
• Subject matter expert of Controls design and execution.
• Strong people and relationship management skills.
• Independent thinker with credible challenge capabilities.
• Ability to work virtually and across different time zones.
• Professional accounting qualifications preferred.
