ETF Fund Accounting Expert - Remote

Overview

We are seeking Fund Accounting Senior Analysts and Experts to join our growing Fund Valuations Department, focusing on ETFs and ensuring accurate and timely fund activities.

In Short

• Participate in onboarding and implementation activities.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of fund activities.
• Calculate Net Asset Values (NAVs).
• Review deliverables from upstream teams.
• Support team manager with audit and client queries.
• Review and reconcile investment fund balance sheets.
• Assess risks and escalate issues appropriately.
• Adapt processes to changing environments.
• Resolve complex issues and share knowledge.
• Work in a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in fund accounting.
• Knowledge of investment fund topics (ETFs preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in fund administration.
• Clear communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (InvestOne is a plus).
