Overview

The CCB EMEA KYC Checker is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of KYC records for Citi's customers, supporting the KYC Ops team in maintaining high standards of due diligence.

• Perform due diligence on KYC records for new and existing customers.
• Check KYC records for accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Support operations and management in KYC-related tasks.
• Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of KYC activities.
• Conduct calibration sessions to standardize knowledge across teams.
• Provide feedback to improve KYC record quality.
• Act as a liaison with local compliance for regulatory updates.
• Track operational metrics for management reporting.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLA).
• Maintain accurate time tracking for reporting purposes.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in banking or compliance.
• University degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
• ACAMS certification is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Language proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
