Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Capital Data / Fin Solutions Lead Analyst to join the Process Optimization, Data and Automation team in Citi’s Capital Planning and Management.

• Join the Process Optimization, Data and Automation team.
• Manage the data domain for Capital Planning and Management.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise data governance policies.
• Perform project tracking and produce metrics for governance councils.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and effective communication.
• Participate in assessing changing business and regulatory needs.
• Drive compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Requirements

• Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in program management tools.
• Good communication skills, especially for non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Capital Management and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to operate with limited supervision.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to assess risk and make informed decisions.
• Experience in financial services industry preferred.
• Ability to draft briefing materials.
