AVP, Product Control Senior Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Product Control Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the Product Accounting team with a focus on data integrity and results in NAM, including financial reporting and general ledger reconciliations.

In Short

• Support the analysis and submission of reports to local regulators and other constituencies.
• Assist with closing the books and sub-ledgers.
• Perform analysis of financial results and identify variances.
• Develop process efficiencies and data quality improvement projects.
• Interpret policies and resolve complex transactions.
• Manage processes, reports, and procedures.
• Act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrate independence of judgment and autonomy.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal forms.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate with various partners within the organization.
• Knowledge of industry practices and standards.
• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree.
