Overview

We are looking for a highly capable Technical Team Lead & Project Manager with deep expertise in software development and data domain. This position will lead a team of developers and data engineers in building high-quality, scalable data systems while also managing projects that ensure reliable, validated, and accessible data across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software or data engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Java/Scala, and SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with data infrastructure (e.g., Snowflake).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
