Requirements

• Strong alignment with company values.
• Proficient in English at CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.
• Significant full-stack experience with React and Ruby on Rails.
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch.
• Experience with high throughput and high concurrency applications.
• Strong judgment and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for async work.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
