• Join Circle's G&A FP&A team as a Senior Finance Analyst.
• Provide financial insights and drive budget discipline across multiple departments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long-range planning initiatives.
• Maintain and improve financial models for operational expenditures.
• Engage with leaders to facilitate forecasting of key operational spend areas.
• Contribute to monthly reporting and variance analysis.
• Track headcount, compensation, and operating expenses.
• Prepare and present consolidated reporting packages for executives.
• Identify and drive process improvements in finance.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of FP&A experience with financial forecast modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting standards.
• Exceptional financial and strategic analysis skills.
• Experience with financial systems and FP&A models.
• Familiarity with generative AI models.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
• Experience with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite is a plus.
