Overview

The Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides high quality ABA treatment, support and training to maximize progress for every client via telehealth.

• Provide ABA treatment and support via telehealth.
• Lead and coordinate care between team members.
• Develop and supervise individual treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with insurance-related requirements.
• Conduct family/caregiver meetings and trainings.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Manage time effectively to meet budget requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality and ethical treatment of clients.
• Conduct staff training and supervision.
• Work with clients with various behavioral challenges.

Requirements

• A master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a BCBA.
• Must possess and maintain BCBA certification.
• Management and leadership experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and families.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
