Overview

The Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides high quality ABA treatment, support and training to maximize progress for every client via telehealth.

In Short

• Provide ABA treatment and support via telehealth.
• Coordinate care between Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians.
• Develop and supervise individual treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with insurance-related requirements.
• Conduct regular family meetings and trainings.
• Prepare analysis and summary of client data.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and best practices.
• Manage time effectively to meet budgeted requirements.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations for clients.
• Provide staff training and supervision.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a BCBA.
• Must possess and maintain BCBA certification.
• Experience in management and leadership.
• Ability to assess skills across various domains.
• Experience in developing treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Must have CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with diverse individuals.
• Must be able to work independently and handle stress.
