Overview

As a Vice President, Director of Communications & Amplifications Strategy, you’ll lead strategy development and planning and bring to life the most effective and interesting experiences for top-tier brands.

In Short

  • Lead development and implementation of social strategies across multiple accounts.
  • Collaborate with Client Service, Strategy, Analytics, and Creative departments.
  • Lead the strategic planning process for social initiatives.
  • Drive business growth through strategic client consultations.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Media teams for actionable insights.
  • Provide oversight for digital comms strategy across global offices.
  • Manage and mentor direct reports for professional development.
  • Support Momentum’s values and culture.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar proven experience.
  • 10+ years’ experience in strategic digital/social communication planning.
  • Expert knowledge of digital platforms and communications channels.
  • Experience with paid social media planning and analytical reporting.
  • Demonstrated leadership in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and solution-oriented thinker.
  • Self-motivated and high energy individual.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with comfort for ambiguity.
