Senior Java Developer - Remote

In Short

• Write quality code that is easy to evolve using best development practices.
• Conduct code reviews and define best practices within software engineering.
• Define new solutions and evolve the current architecture.
• Be communicative and well-integrated with the client.
• Create and maintain software documentation.
• Responsible for maintaining and scaling applications.
• Work within minimum maturity DevOps development pipelines (SCM, CI/CD, Quality Gate).
• Understanding of agile methodologies.
• Experience with Java and related technologies.
• Located in Brazil and able to work on-site in Campinas.

Requirements

• Mandatory experience with Java 17.
• Desirable experience with Java 21, Clojure, Scala, and Kotlin.
• Experience with functional programming and Java Streams.
• Familiarity with design patterns such as Clean Code, KISS, DRY, SOLID, and DDD.
• Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, and Spring Data MongoDB.
• Understanding of paradigms like functional, reactive, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with technologies like Kafka, MongoDB, and Docker.
