• Lead technical multidisciplinary teams ensuring best practices in Agile Software Engineering and DevSecOps.
• Participate in the discovery and co-creation of solutions, diving into the technical aspects of existing applications and potential solutions.
• Code alongside the development team, contributing directly to the implementation of demands.
• Participate in technical and architectural deliveries to solve business problems.
• Structure technical backlogs and refine stories.
• Refine architectural designs, develop proofs of concept, and implement frameworks, components, and modules.
• Create and manage the project roadmap, including architectural activities, system dependencies, risks, and technical debts.
• Ensure that functional and non-functional requirements are met.
• Lead and help train other Senior Architects and Developers.
• Be an inspiring leader, recognized by the team as a reference who genuinely cares for each team member.

Requirements

• Experience in Java/Web development, Microservices, and Event-Driven architecture.
• Knowledge of Angular/Node.
• Experience in software architecture.
• Experience with Cloud native applications and DevSecOps.
• Experience with code quality monitoring (Design Patterns, Clean Code, SOLID, Code Review, Sonarqube/OWASP, Automated Testing).
• Experience with relational databases (SQLServer/Oracle/DB2) and non-relational databases (MongoDB).
