Data & Analytics Strategist - Governance - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Data Strategist focused on Data Governance to oversee the implementation of data governance frameworks for our clients. This role involves working closely with organizations to ensure they meet regulatory requirements, establish data quality standards, and promote data stewardship across their operations.

• Design and implement comprehensive data governance frameworks tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish data governance policies and procedures.

• Create and maintain documentation of data governance policies.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Certifications in Data Governance are nice to have.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Solid experience in data governance and data management.
• Experience working with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Proficiency in data governance tools such as Unity Catalog, Purview, and/or Alation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
