The Senior Education Strategist is critical to CPG’s mission of helping clients and members maximize the value of their benefits and services.

• Define the learning strategy for external audiences.
• Lead needs analysis with stakeholders.

• Incorporate external thought leadership into the education strategy.
• Leverage AI to design curricula and assessments.
• Partner with Client Outreach for engaging campaigns.
• Establish instructional design standards.
• Define and implement measurement plans for effectiveness.
• Stay current on education trends and innovations.
• Regular in-person collaboration required.

• Strong curricula design skills.
• Knowledge of learning technologies and tools.
• Strong relationship management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Awareness of education trends and theories.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
