Overview

The Activations Specialist is responsible for the backend execution of marketing strategies, ensuring high-quality deliverables and optimized campaign performance. This role focuses on the technical and operational aspects of campaign implementation, working closely with the creative team to produce and execute retention marketing campaigns.

• Execute and optimize email, SMS and other retention marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 2+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing or digital campaign execution
• Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
• Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting (preferred).
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards)
• Strong attention to detail for error-free campaign execution
• Excellent time management to meet campaign deadlines
• Analytical mindset to optimize campaigns and drive performance
• Proven ability to work effectively with copywriters, designers and strategists
• Strong communication skills to present insights and facilitate teamwork
• Ability to support high-value client strategies and deliver satisfaction
