Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to spend 4 to 5 hours daily on DMs
• Empathy and understanding of individual situations
• Interest in personal development, ideally with experience in coaching
• Sales affinity without pressure
• Self-organization and reliability
• Basic technical understanding of social media and tools
• Willingness to learn and improve communication skills
• Excellent German language skills
