In Short

• Conduct qualification calls with prospects
• Initial contact with potential customers via phone, email, or other communication methods
• Understand the interests and needs of potential customers
• Schedule appointments for further discussions with our experts
• Coordinate and follow up on appointments to ensure they take place
• Maintain and update CRM systems with relevant information on leads and contacts
• Document conversations and results of lead qualification
• Work closely with sales staff to ensure qualified leads are handled efficiently
• Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously improve lead generation processes

Requirements

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to professionally and persuasively engage potential customers.
• Sales Affinity: Interest in sales and a basic understanding of sales processes.
• Organizational Talent: Ability to coordinate appointments efficiently.
• Self-Motivation: Independent and proactive working style to achieve goals and qualify leads.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of CRM systems and common office software applications is not necessary but is an advantage.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is advantageous.
