In Short

• Lead and support community engagement and training activities across projects.
• Collaborate with public agencies and community organizations to gather insights.
• Support user training tailored to various staff roles and technical comfort levels.
• Develop scalable resources to support successful adoption and sustained tool use.
• Facilitate onboarding training sessions and go-live support.
• Translate community feedback into product improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align engagement with product capabilities.
• Support junior team members through mentorship and coaching.
• Present updates and findings to stakeholders and clients.
• Track and report engagement and training metrics.

Requirements

• Success in engagement, outreach, or training roles with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience translating user feedback into actionable insights.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with technology and able to learn new tools effectively.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments.
• Organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to navigate diverse perspectives and personalities.
