Overview

We’re seeking an experienced communicator to step into a new role for the company as the internal communications lead for Chime’s People communications.

In Short

  • Lead change management communications for the company.
  • Serve as the internal communications lead and strategic counselor for the People team.
  • Create and deliver an integrated People (HR) internal communications plan.
  • Drive alignment on HR issues across Chime’s functions and teams.
  • Be well-versed in news trends in the people / HR space.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of related professional experience in HR or internal communications.
  • Experience in a high-growth tech or start-up environment.
  • Excellent judgment and discretion.
  • Experience advising executives and business leaders.
  • Excellent project/program management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • No objection to rolling up your sleeves.
  • An ability to pivot in a new role.
  • A passion for our mission.
