Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Independent or Freelance Travel Coordinator to join our team, working remotely. You will be responsible for coordinating and booking travel arrangements for your own clients using our online booking system.

In Short

• Plan and execute vacations including cruises, hotels, tours, activities, and more.
• Book vacations according to clients' selections.
• Process and generate payment links on behalf of clients.
• Provide all necessary documents to clients before and after travel.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain relationships with travel partners and suppliers.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Stay updated on travel industry policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States.
• Must have a smartphone and/or computer with reliable internet access.
• Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
• Ability to make travel recommendations based on client interests.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer and internet literacy.
• No prior travel experience required, but it is a plus.
