Senior Technical Analytics Analyst - Remote

Overview

Chartis Interactive is seeking a Senior Technical Analytics Analyst to collaborate with project teams in identifying KPIs, developing tracking plans, and configuring analytics platforms. This role involves leading stakeholder interviews, prototyping dashboards, establishing governance plans, and advancing data maturity.

• Collaborate with project teams to identify relevant and measurable key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop a website tracking plan that clarifies everything that needs to be measured.
• Identify tools and infrastructure requirements along with an implementation roadmap.
• Lead and participate in stakeholder interviews and alignment work sessions.
• Prototype dashboard views and reports to align on critical data.
• Establish a high-level governance plan for clients.
• Configure Analytics platform (Google/Adobe) and determine tagging requirements.
• Develop an analytics checklist for measurement planning and implementation.
• Identify opportunities to advance analytics and data maturity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in the e-commerce space and aligning on KPIs.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe or Google Analytics and Tag Managers.
• Ability to map metrics to data sources and develop an analytics roadmap.
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with different people and agency partners.
• Experience with identifying insights and making sound recommendations.
• Knowledge of other types of research and data that supplements analytics.
• At least 5 years of experience required.
