Overview

Chainlink Labs is seeking a senior institutional strategist and communicator to lead its engagement with key asset managers and financial stakeholders, educating the market on how Chainlink connects global financial systems to the onchain economy.

In Short

• Lead the definition and evolution of Chainlink's positioning across macro themes.
• Manage relationships with analysts, guiding them through Chainlink’s platform and vision.
• Build briefing decks, thematic reports, and Q&A documents for internal and external use.
• Communicate Chainlink’s market role across events and private meetings.
• Collaborate with leadership on high-impact communications and strategic briefings.

Requirements

• 8+ years in equity research, institutional investor relations, or marketing.
• Experience producing thematic reports tailored to institutional audiences.
• Familiarity with institutional research teams and communication cycles.
• Exceptional communication skills for complex infrastructure concepts.
• Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure and onchain finance.
