This position involves managing the recruitment process for non-IT roles in the healthcare and engineering sectors, focusing on U.S.-based clients.

• Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for non-IT roles.
• Work on C2C, W2, and full-time hiring models.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or engineering.
• Familiarity with C2C and W2 hiring models.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using ATS and job boards.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment strategies.
• Understanding of EEO guidelines.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
