Consultant for Institutional Diagnostics and Roadmap Design at CGIAR - Remote

Overview

The CGIAR Scaling for Impact (S4I) program seeks to strengthen its strategic engagement with International Financial Institutions (IFIs) to accelerate the scaling of agricultural innovations and enhance development impact. As part of this effort, CGIAR is commissioning a consultancy to support the design of a globally coordinated innovation clearinghouse facility that will serve as a mechanism to provide technical assistance and advisory services to IFI investment processes.

In Short

• Lead the design and execution of institutional diagnostics for selected IFIs.
• Engage stakeholders through a participatory consultation process.
• Develop actionable engagement strategies aligned with CGIAR's priorities.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnoses of investment processes for targeted IFIs.
• Deliver strategic vision and actionable roadmap for CGIAR’s Clearinghouse function.
• Collaborate with two clusters of IFIs.
• Propose clusters of IFIs based on expertise.
• Focus on scientifically-proven innovations in IFI investments.
• Work with multilateral or development organizations.
• Adjust timeline and working days based on consultant's discretion.
