As a consultant, support the advising and expansion of the banking and financial institutions client base in Vienna and take on a key role as the right hand of the project manager.

• Consulting for national and international clients in the banking and finance sector on transformation projects.
• Management Consulting focusing on strategy development, transformation, and performance management.
• Development of innovative, customized solutions for clients in the banking sector.
• Regular presence at clients: typically one week per month at (potential) clients (DACH region, primarily Austria).

Requirements

• Very good German and English skills.
• Completed Master’s degree in economics, engineering, computer science, natural sciences, or related fields.
• Relevant professional experience as a consultant or in-house expert in the banking and finance sector.
• Minimum one week of monthly travel willingness (primarily within Austria, occasionally international).
• Project management skills: analysis methods as well as planning, decision-making, and moderation techniques.
• Nice to have: experience in IT agencies or IT service providers.
