Join our remote back-office team as a versatile Administrative Assistant & Typist, supporting executives and project managers by producing correspondence, formatting reports, and managing digital files.

In Short

  • Draft, proofread, and format emails, memos, presentations, and reports.
  • Enter data from invoices, contracts, and spreadsheets into CRM and ERP systems.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems with accurate naming conventions.
  • Coordinate meeting calendars, prepare agendas, and compile minutes.
  • Assist with travel bookings and expense report preparation.
  • Respond to internal queries via Teams or email within 24 hours.
  • Conduct light research to collect data for reports and presentations.
  • Liaise with external vendors for office supplies and service renewals.
  • Monitor project timelines and send deadline reminders to stakeholders.
  • Adhere to confidentiality policies in handling proprietary documents.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 3 years of administrative, typing, or customer service experience.
  • Typing speed of 55 WPM with high accuracy.
  • Strong MS Office and Google Workspace proficiency.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com) a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourceful problem solver, able to manage shifting priorities.
  • Reliable internet connection (20 Mbps) and computer equipment.
  • High school diploma required; associate degree or certifications desirable.
