The Sr Manager, Product Design leads a team of Product Designers in providing innovative end-to-end experiences for CarMax, translating business strategies into digital-first experiences that are measurable and scalable.

• Experience with user research and prototyping.
• Strong critical thinking and analysis skills.
• Experience with web, mobile, and tablet applications.
• E-commerce experience is a plus.
